Questions
- What is the minimum term?
- Twelve months. Annual contracts only - it keeps the price flat and lets us commit properly to your onboarding.
- How is it billed?
- Monthly in advance across your chosen term. The monthly rate is fixed for the whole contract.
- What happens when you release new features?
- You get them. Every update, every module, at no extra cost. We will never charge extra for a feature.
- Do you limit how many jobs we run?
- No. Run ten jobs a month or ten thousand - the price is the same.
- Can we brand it as our own?
- Yes. Logo, colours, email templates, client portal and your own domain are all included.
